PARKING AT THE HOTEL

To prepare you for your stay, please be advised the process for Overnight Parking Only. There is currently no charge for parking for day/evening event guests***.
If you are staying overnight in the hotel, your vehicle must be registered when you arrive to the hotel.

The best time to buy your flight is generally seven weeks prior to the event
Booking on Tuesday at 3PM EST /12:00PM PST is usually the best time to buy a flight
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the cheapest days to fly
Buying more than five months in advance or within 14 days can cost more
Early morning flights are usually cheaper, followed by lunchtime or dinner time flights
