- The best time to buy your flight is generally seven weeks prior to the event
- Booking on Tuesday at 3PM EST /12:00PM PST is usually the best time to buy a flight
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the cheapest days to fly
- Buying more than five months in advance or within 14 days can cost more
- Early morning flights are usually cheaper, followed by lunchtime or dinner time flights
